If you would like to experience less fear and more Love, Peace and Joy in your life, then contact me either online or on the telephone (706-754-7488).  All my services are free.

If you would like to learn useful meditation/prayer techniques or deepen an existing meditation/prayer practice, I am eager to be of service to you.  I do not teach religion.  I teach spiritual practices that can be incorporated into any person's spiritual beliefs or those with no spiritual beliefs.

Depending on what you choose, I will initiate you into one or more of the following techniques:  the Serenity Meditation, Christian Centering Prayer, Mantra Meditation, Mindfulness Meditation, Kriya Pranayama Meditation,

and others.  Experience teaches me that all of these techniques lead you to the same place - Self and God Realization.  If you practice, you will discover a technique that works best for you.

Based  on a 5,000-year-old philosophy, Integral Yoga® teaches spiritual  practices that encourage higher levels of awareness. During a typical two hour class, students spend approximately fifty-five minutes doing asanas (sustained poses)twenty-five minutes in yoga nidra (deep relaxation)twenty minutes doing pranayama (breath control)and twenty minutes in dhyana (meditation/prayer).

Yoga  is not a religion and can be practiced by people of any denomination or  religious belief.  Yoga is the science of  living peacefully and  joyfully always and is useful for gentle fitness and stress management.  

You will benefit regardless of your physical condition. Asanas (sustained poses) are taught for three levels of physical ability: in a chair, using a chair for support, and independent of a chair.

Universal Chanting and Meditation/Prayer

Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Feel your heart open as you sing songs from all spiritual traditions.

Chanting is a wonderful prelude to meditation/prayer.

Meditation/prayer provides physical, mental, and  spiritual benefits. It reduces stress, brings you awareness of the peace  within, and ultimately enables you to become master of your own mind.

Instructions and assistance are available to those who wish to begin or  deepen their practice.


Second Saturday of Every Month  10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Stress  is everywhere and often triggers health problems.  Yet becoming anxious or depressed only makes things worse.  But, while you cannot change the  fact that stress is everywhere, you can learn to respond skillfully to  life's challenges and maintain your equilibrium.

During  this three hour workshop, you will learn about stress and its impact,  the stress cycle, and the relaxation response.  Stress management  techniques will be outlined.  The physiological, psychological, and  spiritual benefits of regularly eliciting the relaxation response will be highlighted.

Training is designed to empower you to  include stress management and relaxation skills as part of your life and work. Several techniques used to elicit the relaxation response will be  taught, including breathing techniques, muscle relaxation,  meditation/prayer, and mindfulness. 

Biofeedback  You will be  offered the opportunity to use thermal and/or electrodermal biofeedback  instruments during training. These biofeedback instruments increase awareness of internal changes and thereby enhance development of  relaxation skills.

For over forty-five years I have  successfully taught relaxation techniques to hundreds of individuals of  all ages and have conducted numerous workshops in a variety of settings.  Experience teaches me that, from the myriad of relaxation techniques  available, everyone can learn to relax.


 Third Saturday of Every Month

You set starting and ending times.

Give  yourself the gift of a day of silence! Experience the healing power of  nature. Immersing yourself in stillness and silence allows you to  reconnect with your inner being. This facilitates inner healing, greater  compassion, and spiritual transformation.

You set your own  schedule during your silent retreat. This may range from an open  schedule to an established routine that alternates between periods of  sitting and walking meditation/prayer.

Spend a day reconnecting with your Higher Self, the peace and joy  within you. Enjoy time to relax in the forest, with beautiful walks and  mystical meditation/prayer spaces.
